Some Q&A…

  • For a 5L you can typically get 6-8 minutes of run time from a full tank. With the 8L it can go from 8-10 minutes.

  • No you don’t :) Just 7–9 pumps to get started, and a quick top-up if pressure drops.

  • Just fill the tank with warm water (below 50°C / 122°F for safety), and let the 4mm neoprene cover do the rest.

  • If you accidently remove the pump handle inner rod and the tank seems very small to fill, then simply put the pump handle rod back in and screw it tight.

    Then, holding the handle of the pump, push down, line up the pump handle to the grooves and click it down.

  • There should not be any leaking with the Splash n’ Dash pet washer. Firstly, check that all of the connections are fastened tightly. Secondly ,check that the pressure has been released through the valve. Do not pump the washer and leave it pressurised when not using or when travelling in the car. If there is still a leak please contact us ASAP and we will find a solution to your problem.
